6 Smedette September 1, 2011 at 10:48 am

Those pocket seed kits are pretty darn cool. What an awesome giveaway!

7 Cindy September 1, 2011 at 10:50 am

Thank you for directing me to the Olive barn site. I love the convenience of their kits and their prices are so reasonable. I was surprised to see the gifts that they have that have pantable seed ribbons. I can’t wait to give them as gifts this year!

8 kimberley ward September 1, 2011 at 10:51 am

I love the herb garden kits. Perfect for kitchen window and adding to your favorite dishes!

9 Lisa September 1, 2011 at 10:51 am

I would probably say the heirloom vegetable seed kits are my favorite. All of my vegetables are heirlooms, and I feel strongly about their importance and the importance of making sure they are saved.

10 Pilar Roy September 1, 2011 at 10:52 am

I love the wind chimes (especially, Basso Profundo Wind Chime) and the fact that you can listen to a sample before you order.

I love the moopoo tea-I need that-it’s nice the organic soft -soothing feel of the site.

14 Kelly Schubert September 1, 2011 at 10:54 am

I adore the Westminster Chime! I’m a wind chime collector, so I’d like them anyway. What caught my attention was they have the sound of church bells in a small town. I grew up in such a small town, and knew what time it was when I heard the bell chimes. Thais is a must have for me!
Thank you for the opportunity to enter!

I would say that my favorite thing there is the Seed Ball. Why? Because they are extremely intriguing and because it says “Each Seed Ball is hand rolled by people with developmental disabilities right here in the USA”

I especially love the Music of the Spheres windchimes. The video of the Winter chimes with Mongolian tuning just made my day a little less stressful. Had no idea there were such tunings available!!!!!

31 Suz September 1, 2011 at 11:08 am

This looks neat! I had not seen the seed keeper thing before and never heard of the Olive Barn site. I have to say that my husband would get a kick out of manure tea bags! :-)

Reading about it made me wonder if I can get the same results for my inside plants with my own animal manure that I regularly use on my garden but didn’t really want to haul inside!

I absolutely love the Butterfly Gardens Gift Box! Wish I had seen this sooner. This is my favorite item because of the Butterfly Theme which reminds me of my Mother and the beautiful colors which remind me of my late sister who was my very best friend. This would have been a perfect item at my Mom’s Memorial where we did the Butterfly Release! I will follow this site and a big Thank You to the Vegetable Gardening on Facebook that posted the link to introduce me!

Thank you for the invitation to check-out Olive Barn. I really enjoyed the chance to listen to the different selections of toned windchimes! What a fun way to select the “garden music” everyone will enjoy :) .

42 Jennifer P September 1, 2011 at 11:31 am

I really like the Atlas Nitrile Garden Gloves at olivebarn.com. I like the fact that they are thin enough you can still feel what you are doing with them on.

The Olive Barn’s Wind Chime selection is amazing! I fell in love with the Bass wind chimes…can’t make up my mind which tones I like though…so much selection. I also loved the SeedBallz! How cute and fun and creative! They would make sweet little gifts for garden pals or even better for the kids…toss and grow. Love it!

I love the concept of the seedballz! Clever idea

97 Savanna Fernandez September 1, 2011 at 1:34 pm

I love the idea of MooPoo tea bags. I would rather not deal with the smell or having to handle manure so if I get the same benefit without all of that I’m a happy girl :)

98 Janet September 1, 2011 at 1:43 pm

I love the seedballz. What a great idea!! Then the fact they are made by people with developmental disabilities and in the USA makes them a 5 star in my book. I have arthritis in my back and it does make it a challenge to plant seeds. This is a fabulous idea.

99 Tammy Lance September 1, 2011 at 1:43 pm

I love the Herb Garden Kit Organic Trio: Tuscany Edition

100 Adrienne S September 1, 2011 at 1:56 pm

The moo moo tea and the seed balls were my favs on the site. I tweeted (@oribellaoutpost), follow (both), fan’d (both) on FB, commented on Fb, watched the vid, and signed up for both newsletters. I REALLY need/ want the seed keeper. Right now I’m using an old paper grocery bag for my seeds! It’s horrible. LoL

101 Jeavonna Chapman September 1, 2011 at 2:08 pm

Great giveaway. Looks like your are getting good response also. Happy for you. I looked at the site (again), the seed keeper page had Shawna right there so I had to watch that video, then I went through the rest of the site. Saw the MooPoo. You’ve got some nice stuff. I absolutely love wind chimesand those suncatchers are sooo cute. I guess the suncatchers are my favorite thing on the site.

102 Mary Ann September 1, 2011 at 4:15 pm

I liked the Atlas Nitrile Garden Gloves in that they protect your hands yet allow you to still use your hands; the multiple choice of colors is a plus as well.

103 Mercy September 1, 2011 at 6:51 pm

Hello Jackie, my favorite item on Olivebarn.com would have to be the Seeds of Hope. I love how 10% of the proceeds go to good causes like funds for women in need. They also fund charity walks, and when completely bloomed fill up the garden with a beautiful array of pinks! Which is my favorite color. They’re also hand rolled by developmentally handicapped people, giving them a chance and a job so that they’re more independent.

104 Heather September 1, 2011 at 7:39 pm

As much as I love many of the seeds featured, I would have to say that the seed organizer is my favorite thing! I am constantly misplacing seeds and then find them in the oddest places; usually when it’s already to late to plant them!

105 Bob Pickett September 2, 2011 at 10:42 am

I like the Gourmet Edible Flowers Seed Balls because they must be for people like me that can’t grow anything wild. I like the concept of putting the handicapped to work. It gives them a chance to prove themselves and not feel like a burden to others.

106 Tammy Curry September 2, 2011 at 10:47 am

OMG I have to pick one thing! Well, sorry but I can’t! First on my list is Moo Poo Tea! That will be followed by an Herb Kit. I would have to get seed ballz for my daughter who prefers her flowers to veggies, unless it is time to eat veggies. Heirloom and organic seeds! OMG I think I am in gardener heaven.

107 Soyoung September 2, 2011 at 7:31 pm

Who doesn’t love free shipping? I hate it when I want to just buy a single packet of seeds for $.50 on amazon and the shipping is $3.99.

And kits kits kits! I love how you have different starter kits and seed kits. I’m a new gardener and have started in my backyard with my mom this summer. A lot of what we have done has been unsuccessful because of our 1. lack of knowledge about gardening 2. planted in summer for spring plants. 3. soil is mostly clay. (I think?)

We also bought all of our plants. Right now I’m attempting starting from seeds and have been pretty unsuccessful because I’ve been using some seeds that a friend gave me that might have been unreliable and for the simple fact that I guess I’m using the wrong type of soil? So I would love to win this kit!!

Thanks.

108 Soyoung September 2, 2011 at 7:33 pm

Watched the video!

109 Leah September 3, 2011 at 3:08 pm

I think my favorite is the soprano wind chimes. I have always loved wind chimes since I was little they remind me of the garden my dad and I had. I’d like to have some in my garden some day.

110 Heidi J September 6, 2011 at 3:02 pm

Loving the cute Kitchen Herb Garden Trio. Can you guess what I’ll be giving this Christmas?

111 Claudia L September 10, 2011 at 3:09 pm

I love the Hawaiian Soprano Windchime. I have three differently tuned ones around my house, and this tuning is one I haven’t heard yet.
